I went to Diamond Registry in search for help in removing my wedding band and engagement rings, due to my pregnancy I had very swollen fingers and was afraid of it getting worst during labor. Although this is not their main service, they were extremely professional and helpful to doing what was best for me. They called an expert jeweler to cut the rings without hurting my fingers, and plus they did not allow me to pay for this. Without second thought I came back to them for fixing the rings. They did a beautiful and professional job, without having to do new mounting for both rings. I highly recommend them for any diamond purchase or diamond job, you can be guaranteed great service and professional job from Mr Perla, chief in command and his team. Been searching online where to buy an engagement ring and then I found Diamond Registry. I visited their website and made an enquiry. After a few minutes, Menachem phoned me to ask more about what I want and suggested to visit their store. When I visited their store, Grace accommodated me. She was very informative, helpful and patient with me because I was having hard time choosing the right stone as I got overwhelmed with their collections. She really helped me to choose the perfect stone and setting for me, and she even shared her personal preference. I was adamant on what I wanted when I first walked into my consultation with Menachem and Grace. I was showed an array of gorgeous diamonds that made me think again and explore further. My next visit was much more interesting – more diamonds – a range of beautiful diamonds with different shapes, carat sizes, character, personality and price tag – all you got to do is tell them what you want and they sure have it! Anyway, after hours of perusing each diamond I fell in love with the very last diamond shown to me – just over 2 carat round brilliant – a beautiful beautiful piece! Menachem and Grace were both very patient, attentive, professional, highly efficient and did not relent until I found what I was looking for. They were also very supportive with the negotiation process with Nissan which I have met earlier that day. And to top it all, I got my diamond ring three hours later – home delivered – everything happened during my second visit! Superb customer service! Simply put, Diamond Registry is the very best at what they do! If you’re thinking about visiting them about engagement rings/wedding bands, don’t hesitate, make an appointment right this second and ask for Grace! Me and my fiance went to various rather well-known jewelers in HK and none compared to Diamond Registry, many are truly rude and off-putting. On the other hand, Grace and her husband are both very nice and easy to talk to, extremely patient (I went there three times before deciding on the ring), and just so knowledgeable about the industry and of course — diamonds! We bought a very, very high quality stone at a much lower price than what you would normally pay for elsewhere. It’s truly the sparkliest, colorless, triple-excellent stone that comes with a GIA certificate. I also worked very closely with Grace over the course of a month when I went back to NYC to design the engagement ring. She’s so nice to work with albeit the major time difference! They are very customer-oriented and will cater to whatever you want to do with the design but with great counsel along the way. If you’re like me who’s very particular about most things, you’d never want to work with anyone who’s not patient when designing it. I’m SOOOO happy about the outcome of my engagement ring and trust me, everywhere I go everyone is obsessed with it and it really steals the spotlight at any setting 😉 Grace, thank you so much again!!!!
