Christie’s Magnificent Jewels auction is today on 15 November at Geneva and it will bring a twinkle to your eyes as it is filled with sensational diamond pieces. That diamond pair of earrings called “Miroir de L’amour’ has gone viral and if you have seen it you know why. Each earring has a pear-shaped diamond pendant, weighing approximately 52.55 and 50.47 carats. Attached to the pear shape diamonds a marquise-cut diamond cluster surmounts of 7 cm mounted in gold. The diamond earrings are accompanied by GIA certificates (Gemological Institute of America). In the certificates, the pear shape diamonds are graded as D color and flawless clarity. In addition, both diamonds are classified as type IIA.

This exquisite diamond necklace is made by Boehmer et Bassenge. It is set with two pear shape diamond in the front which weighs approximately 31.38 and 12.11 carats, both D color, and flawless clarity. Furthermore, there is a round cut diamond of 8.07 carat in the necklace, which his surrounded, by pink diamonds in a stylish leaf design. The double lined necklace is composed of a series of vari-cut diamond flower heads, mounted in gold. While it is hard to express its beauty in words, definitely take a look at the image.

The 18 largest diamonds of the necklace weigh from 18.11 to 3.05 carat, while the total is up to 128.24 carats. Accompanied by 18 reports, the rare and very impressive fact is that all 18 diamonds have the highest color grade, D- color.

Made by David Webb this emerald and diamond ring of size 5 is estimated to fetch a great price. The emerald set in the ring is an octagonal step-cut emerald of 47.72-carats that is graded by the AGL (American Gemological Laboratories) stating the emerald is from Colombia and is absent from treatment of color. Besides the emerald, the ring is decorated with marquise cut and pear shape diamonds while the shoulders of the ring have pave-set diamonds.
