Dealers Sued for Alleged Fraud

The principals of the A. Taub Diamond Corp. are being sued for allegedly acquiring $3,358,409 in diamonds from 50 dealers that were never returned, reports say, in what the lawsuit is teaming an instance of "fraud."
The lawsuit asks for a judgment of the cash value of the diamonds plus punitive damages "in an amount that would send a message that the defendant’s conduct was unacceptable and morally reprehensible."
According to reports, the principals of the corporation have "disappeared" and cannot be located.
